Good morning 🌞 Friends, 

Proverbs 13:10 NLT

[10] Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise.

Pride doesn’t just make you stop listening, it locks your heart up too. When you let arrogance take over, every little difference turns into beef, every disagreement into a fight. But a wise person takes advice, not because they’re soft, but because they know they don’t got the whole story.

God often speaks to us through other people. Sometimes it’s a friend pointing out where we’re wrong, a mentor asking us a tough question, or even someone we disagree with saying something that makes us think. If we shut that out, we miss one of God’s ways of helping us grow. If we accept it with humility, we gain wisdom..

So, today, don’t be so quick to 🔊 clap back, listen 👂🏾 first. Ask God to help you catch the truth in what people are saying, even if it stings a little. Pride will block your blessings, but humility will open doors.
