Good morning, Friends,
Psalms 44:1 NLT
[1] O God, we have heard it with our own ears— our ancestors have told us of all you did in their day, in days long ago:
We’ve all heard the stories.
Stories of miracles.
Of seas splitting in two.
Of walls falling from just a shout.
Of giants being taken down by shepherd boys.
Of God showing up when His people needed Him most.
Psalm 44 opens with a reminder: We’ve heard about what God did in the past. We've also heard from our grandparents, pastors, teachers—they told us how God moved powerfully in their day too.
Stories from “back then” inspire us, as they should, about our amazing God. But check ✔️ it out, God is STILL moving and shaking today ‼️
He’s still a miracle worker.
Still a promise keeper.
Still writing history.
ππΎ Yahweh stir up our faith. Give us eyes to see and a heart to believe that You’re still at work. Don’t let us only stand in awe in the miracles of yesterday. Let us live a firsthand faith, in observance of what you're doing in our lives today!!!!
Friends, keep the testimonies rolling ππΎ and don't take an ounce of credit for what the Sovereign God does according to his will, love, grace, and mercy!
Peace ✌πΎ Out!
