Good morning, Beloved of God,

Psalm 90:1–2  [1] Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations. [2] Before the mountains were born or You brought forth the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.

When Moses prayed these words, he was reminding the people that God isn't some new phenomenon. Before the city was built, the nation was formed, the neighborhood became what it is now, even before your grandma’s grandma even thought about being here, God already was. He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.

We live in a world 🌎 where things change fast, stores close, people move, friendships fall apart, and sometimes even our own plans collapse in the blink of an eye 👁️. But check this: God has ALWAYS been steady. He’s the “dwelling place”, the safe house, the shelter, the spot where you can crash and know you’re covered. You can’t always trust the system, the homies, or even your own strength. But God’s been holding it down for every generation.

Where am I really dwelling, resting my mind and thoughts,? Is it in temporary things like money 🤑, houses 🏘️, worldly success, praise 👏🏾 from people? Or is it in the One who was here before the mountains were formed and will be here after everything else fades?

You don’t gotta have it all together. The same God that covered your great-grandparents is covering you today. And the same God that’s been faithful before you were born will still be God long after you’re gone. That means you can trust Him with whatever’s in front of you right now and whatever awaits you ahead..

Lock 🔒 in with God! Not 🚫 as a means to get something, but as a vessel of total surrender 🙌🏾

Maranatha (The Lord is coming)
Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone)

8/21/25 Good morning, Friends,  1 Thessalonians 4:11 -11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet 🤫 life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, Everybody these days wants to shine. Social media has people chasing likes, clout, and attention, trying to be seen instead of just being faithful. But the Word of God cuts through all that noise: “Lead a quiet life. Mind your business. Work with your hands.” That’s not flashy. That won’t go viral. But that’s the grind God respects. See, real strength isn’t in being loud, it’s in being steady. Paul’s saying, stop being thirsty for the spotlight, stop running your mouth in other people’s affairs, and stop leaning on folks when you could be putting in your own work. Truth is, mooching off others while you got the ability to grind is lazy, and laziness is sin. God gave you gifts, skills, and breath in your lungs so use them. Don’t be that person always asking but never giving, always watching b...

9/10/25 Good morning, Friends, Psalm 69:1 LSB [1] Save me, O God, For the waters have threatened my life. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Like problems kept piling up 📈, bills, stress, health, relationships, and no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t keep your head above water? That’s exactly how David felt when he wrote ✍🏾 this verse. He wasn’t talking about actual water 🌊, he was describing the feeling of being overwhelmed and sinking fast. Instead of trying to fight 🥊 through it on his own, David cried out to God: “Save me, O God.” That’s the turning point. When we reach the end of ourselves, God is still strong enough to lift us up. Let's keep it 💯 with God. You don’t have to fake it with Him. If you’re struggling, tell Him straight up. He can handle your honest prayers. Depend on Him!! You don’t have to do life alone or in your own strength. God is able to rescue, comfort, and steady you when you feel like you’re going under. If you fee...

8/18/25 Good morning, Friends,  Matthew 3:1-2 -[1]Now in those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying, [2]“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” John the Baptist didn’t show up in a three-piece suit with politically correct words. He came rough, raw, and real, and his message was simple: Repent. Not, “say you’re sorry.” Not, “promise to do better.” Repent. Here’s the difference: asking forgiveness is like telling God, “My bad, I messed up.” Repentance goes deeper—it’s a turning of the heart, mind, and direction. It’s when the Spirit of God flips the script in your soul, and you walk a whole new way. Forgiveness is like the judge stamping your record “cleared.” Repentance is like walking out of court and actually living different! It's proof that God’s the one changing you on the inside. Think of it like this: If I keep apologizing for stealing, but I’m still sliding wallets out of pockets tomorrow, nothing’s really changed. Repentan...
