Good Day, Friends,

Romans 8:37 - But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

Brother Paul just got done reminding us in Romans 8 that God’s been running the show from the jump:

  • He picked us before we were born.
  • He called us to Himself.
  • He forgave us through Jesus.
  • And He promises to bring us all the way to glory.

Now Paul says: “If God is for us, who can be against us?” He’s not saying we don’t have problems or enemies. He’s saying none of the opposition can beat God’s plan.

This verse is about security. If the God who runs the universe already locked in your salvation, what can anyone—or anything—really do to cancel it? Nothing.

Life comes hard sometimes, but none of that means God ain’t for you. If you’re in Christ, He’s always on your side.

Think about it:

  • The God who spoke the world into existence is for you.
  • The God who sent His Son to die for your sins is for you.
  • The God who raised Jesus from the dead is for you.
  • That means nothing you face today is bigger than Him.

If God is really for you, why live scared? Why stress over who likes you or what people think? Why doubt every time trouble hits?

Paul’s flipping the script here, he’s saying: “Stop living like you’ve already lost. God’s with you, so live like it.”

Believe God’s promises when life feels shaky.

Trust that He’s not gonna drop you halfway.

Live bold, because God’s already got the final word.

Just a lil something to think about!

So, the real question ain’t, “Who’s against me?” The real question is, “Am I living like God is for me?”

Lord forgive us for doubting You when life gets rough. Help us remember that no enemy, no problem, no fear can cancel what You’ve planned for us. Keep us strong in your grace through Christ Jesus today.

You 🫵🏾 know what you gotta do! Let's move forward with a victor's mindset! #JesusIsKing #JesusIsLord

8/21/25 Good morning, Friends,  1 Thessalonians 4:11 -11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet 🤫 life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, Everybody these days wants to shine. Social media has people chasing likes, clout, and attention, trying to be seen instead of just being faithful. But the Word of God cuts through all that noise: “Lead a quiet life. Mind your business. Work with your hands.” That’s not flashy. That won’t go viral. But that’s the grind God respects. See, real strength isn’t in being loud, it’s in being steady. Paul’s saying, stop being thirsty for the spotlight, stop running your mouth in other people’s affairs, and stop leaning on folks when you could be putting in your own work. Truth is, mooching off others while you got the ability to grind is lazy, and laziness is sin. God gave you gifts, skills, and breath in your lungs so use them. Don’t be that person always asking but never giving, always watching b...

9/10/25 Good morning, Friends, Psalm 69:1 LSB [1] Save me, O God, For the waters have threatened my life. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Like problems kept piling up 📈, bills, stress, health, relationships, and no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t keep your head above water? That’s exactly how David felt when he wrote ✍🏾 this verse. He wasn’t talking about actual water 🌊, he was describing the feeling of being overwhelmed and sinking fast. Instead of trying to fight 🥊 through it on his own, David cried out to God: “Save me, O God.” That’s the turning point. When we reach the end of ourselves, God is still strong enough to lift us up. Let's keep it 💯 with God. You don’t have to fake it with Him. If you’re struggling, tell Him straight up. He can handle your honest prayers. Depend on Him!! You don’t have to do life alone or in your own strength. God is able to rescue, comfort, and steady you when you feel like you’re going under. If you fee...

8/18/25 Good morning, Friends,  Matthew 3:1-2 -[1]Now in those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying, [2]“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” John the Baptist didn’t show up in a three-piece suit with politically correct words. He came rough, raw, and real, and his message was simple: Repent. Not, “say you’re sorry.” Not, “promise to do better.” Repent. Here’s the difference: asking forgiveness is like telling God, “My bad, I messed up.” Repentance goes deeper—it’s a turning of the heart, mind, and direction. It’s when the Spirit of God flips the script in your soul, and you walk a whole new way. Forgiveness is like the judge stamping your record “cleared.” Repentance is like walking out of court and actually living different! It's proof that God’s the one changing you on the inside. Think of it like this: If I keep apologizing for stealing, but I’m still sliding wallets out of pockets tomorrow, nothing’s really changed. Repentan...
