Good morning, Beloved of God,

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NLT
[4] Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud [5] or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. [6] It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. [7] Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

Boom!!!! What a way to begin the morning!!! One of the greatest evidences of a person whose life is committed to God is that they are walking in love. 

This is not about piety, wearing long church dresses, freshly pressed Sunday suits or how eloquent one speaks. This canvas of love displayed by the Apostle Paul is purely about what love looks like. What it looks like in our conversations, in our homes, on our jobs, when we're out and about. 

Let's take the love test. In the above scriptures where you see the word love, put your name there and reread it. Are you patient and kind? Did you get 100% on the love test?  

Friends, we all have room for improvement. Assess where you stand and let's get to it, we can do it, by God's grace .

However, take note, if your love is conditional, and based upon the response of something or someone else, then you will automatically fail in your attempt to uphold the biblical standard of love.

8/21/25 Good morning, Friends,  1 Thessalonians 4:11 -11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet 🤫 life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, Everybody these days wants to shine. Social media has people chasing likes, clout, and attention, trying to be seen instead of just being faithful. But the Word of God cuts through all that noise: “Lead a quiet life. Mind your business. 9/10/25 Good morning, Friends, Psalm 69:1 LSB [1] Save me, O God, For the waters have threatened my life. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Like problems kept piling up 📈, bills, stress, health, relationships, and no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t keep your head above water?
