Good morning, Beloved,

Job 38:4-8 -[4] Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you know understanding, [5] Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it? [6] On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, [7] When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy? [8] “Or who enclosed the sea with doors when, bursting forth, it went out from the womb,

To provide context, Job was a rich man who had a beautiful family, seven sons, three daughters, lots of land, and animals. But what made him special is the fact that he loved Yahweh, the Scriptures described Job as 'blameless, upright, fearing Yahweh, and turning away from evil.". In a moment in time, Job lost all his possessions , including his children. Even Jobs's servants who attended to his livestock were murdered (except the one's who notified him of the calamity) and the all his livestock plundered by a surrounding nation.

Job was obviously experiencing a major test of faith. Adding to the catastrophe, his health also began to decline. And as a cherry on top, some of his friends came to comfort him during his grief and they didn't make it any better; they made it worse. They told him that he was under the judgment, accusing Job of sinning against Yahweh. Talk about "suffering"!!!!! Whoa!!!!

Job tried to endure the test but succumbed to his human frailty, questioning why Yahweh would allow such hardship, loss, burden, without letting him know what he did to bring on such calamity. Seems like a legit request, huh? Well Yahweh didn't think so!

The Almighty responded to Job out of a whirlwind, rifling off questions to Job. Since you have all these concerns about what I'm allowing, let's see if you can answer my questions now. Yahweh's response extends from chapter 38 and 39. To sum it up ... the communication to Job was to "STAY IN YOUR LANE"!

Yahweh didn't need Job's permission to allow his faith to be tested. Job's testing was ground zero; the beginning of the rebuild, the double portion, the midnight before dawn, the passing perfect storm, the fiery furnace heated seven times hotter, the bedrock of Job's deliverance. God rewarded Job with a double portion of what he previously possessed.  However, the real flex was the increasing, solid build, fortification of Job's faith in Yahweh.

Brothers and Sisters, KEEP HOLDING ON! DON'T GIVE UP! It may be rough right now, but remember who's in control.

HE SEES!
HE KNOWS!
HE WILL SUSTAIN YOU!
HIS WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!

Let's pray for each other in the continuing fight of faith, endurance, and longsuffering!

Maranatha (The Lord is coming)
Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone)

- Grace & Peace

8/21/25 Good morning, Friends,  1 Thessalonians 4:11 -11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet 🤫 life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, Everybody these days wants to shine. Social media has people chasing likes, clout, and attention, trying to be seen instead of just being faithful. But the Word of God cuts through all that noise: “Lead a quiet life. Mind your business. Work with your hands.” That’s not flashy. That won’t go viral. But that’s the grind God respects. See, real strength isn’t in being loud, it’s in being steady. Paul’s saying, stop being thirsty for the spotlight, stop running your mouth in other people’s affairs, and stop leaning on folks when you could be putting in your own work. Truth is, mooching off others while you got the ability to grind is lazy, and laziness is sin. God gave you gifts, skills, and breath in your lungs so use them. Don’t be that person always asking but never giving, always watching b...

9/10/25 Good morning, Friends, Psalm 69:1 LSB [1] Save me, O God, For the waters have threatened my life. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Like problems kept piling up 📈, bills, stress, health, relationships, and no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t keep your head above water? That’s exactly how David felt when he wrote ✍🏾 this verse. He wasn’t talking about actual water 🌊, he was describing the feeling of being overwhelmed and sinking fast. Instead of trying to fight 🥊 through it on his own, David cried out to God: “Save me, O God.” That’s the turning point. When we reach the end of ourselves, God is still strong enough to lift us up. Let's keep it 💯 with God. You don’t have to fake it with Him. If you’re struggling, tell Him straight up. He can handle your honest prayers. Depend on Him!! You don’t have to do life alone or in your own strength. God is able to rescue, comfort, and steady you when you feel like you’re going under. If you fee...

8/18/25 Good morning, Friends,  Matthew 3:1-2 -[1]Now in those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying, [2]“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” John the Baptist didn’t show up in a three-piece suit with politically correct words. He came rough, raw, and real, and his message was simple: Repent. Not, “say you’re sorry.” Not, “promise to do better.” Repent. Here’s the difference: asking forgiveness is like telling God, “My bad, I messed up.” Repentance goes deeper—it’s a turning of the heart, mind, and direction. It’s when the Spirit of God flips the script in your soul, and you walk a whole new way. Forgiveness is like the judge stamping your record “cleared.” Repentance is like walking out of court and actually living different! It's proof that God’s the one changing you on the inside. Think of it like this: If I keep apologizing for stealing, but I’m still sliding wallets out of pockets tomorrow, nothing’s really changed. Repentan...
