Good morning, Friends,
Proverbs 17:1 -Better is a dry morsel and tranquility with it than a house full of feasting with strife.
Imagine sitting down to eat just a piece of dry bread—but in total peace. Now picture a table overflowing with food, but the room is filled with arguing, tension, and stress.
Keep it a buck, which would you prefer? 🤔
This verse reminds us that peace is more valuable than having a lot of stuff. You can have a dope house, a high-paying job, or the "perfect" life on the outside—but if there's constant fighting, pressure, or unrest on the inside, what’s the point? 🤷🏾♂️
Sometimes we chase 🏃🏾♂️💨 after abundance... more money, more comfort, more recognition. We think it’ll make us happy. But the Word of God says it’s better to have less and live in peace than to have everything and be miserable.
Challenge of the day: Are you choosing peace, or just chasing more? Is your home (or heart) full of noise and stress—even though it looks “successful” on the outside?
Just a lil sumthin sumthin to think 💬 about:
Where in your life do you need to let go of “more” so you can have peace?
What’s one step you can take today to bring more calm and godliness into your home?
Think on these things and may the Yahweh grant you understanding!
Friends, let's have peace going out, peace along the way, peace throughout the day, peace going home, and peace in the home!
✌🏾

DeleteAmen! This was good! Peace is everything and when it’s constantly disrupted it affects so many other areas.
