Good morning, Brothers & Sisters,
Colossians 4:6 - Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
This verse reminds us that our words are not small things, they hold the power to heal, to inspire, or to harm. Paul urges us to make grace the foundation of every conversation. That means responding with kindness when it would be easier to criticize, choosing patience when tempers rise, and offering understanding when someone fails.
“Seasoned with salt 🧂” paints 🎨 the image of words that add value and flavor to life, words that preserve truth, bring encouragement, and make people thirst for more of God’s goodness.
But this isn’t always easy. It requires self-control, humility, and an awareness that our speech reflects who we belong to. Every conversation, whether at home, work, or even on social platforms, is an opportunity to represent Christ. It challenges us to ask: Are my words reflecting grace, or are they reflecting my frustration?
Check this out, Paul encourages our spiritual growth. When we allow God to shape our hearts, He’ll shape our words too. So, today, let’s pray for wisdom before we speak, courage to speak truth in love, and compassion that seasons every word we share. Someone might encounter God’s grace through a simple, sincere conversation with you today.
You know what time ⏰ it is!!!
