Good morning, Friends, 

Acts 11:21-  And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a large number believed and turned to the Lord.

This short verse carries a lot of weight. It reminds us that real spiritual change doesn’t happen because people are clever, persuasive, or impressive. It happens because God shows up. The “hand of the Lord” means God’s active power at work. These believers were faithful to speak, but it was God who moved hearts. Without His hand, nothing lasting happens.

Sometimes,  we trust methods more than we trust God. We rely on plans, personalities, programs, or other people's opinions. But Acts 11:21 pulls the curtain back and says, this is God’s work. People didn’t just hear a message, they were changed. They believed, and they turned. Faith and repentance are gifts of grace. God didn’t just inform their minds, He transformed their direction.

Check it out, God didn’t require perfect people to share the good news or create circumstances where it was safe to do so.  Nope, He used ordinary believers who were willing to speak about Jesus even in the midst of persecution.  When God’s hand is with His people, small obedience can lead to a huge impact. You might feel inadequate, unqualified, or unnoticed, but God specializes in working through weakness so that He gets all the glory.

We must rely on God's power! If we try to do God's work in our own power, it's gonna lead to burnout. Our responsibility is faithfulness; leave the results to the Lord.

Friends, be encouraged to show up, speak truth, love boldly, and trust deeply. Pray not just for opportunities, but for the hand of the Lord to be with you. Because when God is at work, people's lives don’t just get better, they turn to Him.

    God is so good and he is worthy to be praised. Trying to do things without is asking for trouble. Take the handle in my life and guide me where you want me to go. Amen

Daily Devotional - October 29, 2025

  10/29/25 Good morning, Friends,  Luke 22:33–34 (LSB) — “But he said to Him, ‘Lord, with You I am ready to go both to prison and to death!’ But He said, ‘I say to you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me.’” Peter really meant well. His heart was full of passion and loyalty when he told Jesus he’d follow Him anywhere,  even to prison or death. But when the pressure hit, fear took over, and Peter did exactly what he swore he wouldn’t: he denied Jesus three times . This moment reminds us that good intentions aren’t the same as strong faith. Sometimes we’re like Peter, real quick to say, “Lord, I’ll never turn my back on You,” but then life gets real. The heat rises, the crowd’s watching, and suddenly we shrink back.   01/01/26 Happy new year and O' happy day! Good morning, Friends,  Luke 17:5 - And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith! In this passage Jesus was teaching His disciples about forgiveness, not the easy kind, but the kind that keeps forgiving even when it’s hard, frustrating, and painful. He was calling them to be patient and long-suffering with people who mess up again and again. The disciples realized real quick that they didn't have enough faith to carry this out on their own. They could've complained, threw a tantrum, got an attitude with Jesus, but the radical part about it is they didn't act fake or make excuses.
