Devotional Reading - February 12, 2026

2/12/26

Good morning, Friends,

John 16:31 - 31 Jesus asked, “Do you finally believe?

Right before this verse, the disciples just told Jesus, “Now we believe.” They’re feeling confident. They’re talking strong. So, Jesus claps back, “Do you now believe?” That’s not him hyping up their faith, he's giving them a reality check. Why? Because in just a few hours, when soldiers show up and the pressure hits, every one of them is going to run. They think they’re solid. Jesus knows they’re about to fold.

How many times have we said, “God, I’m all in,” when life is smooth, but the moment trouble shows up, fear takes over? We talk bold in safe spaces. We post faith quotes. We sing loud at church. But when obedience costs reputation, comfort, money, or relationships, uh-oh, that’s when all that talk gets tested. Jesus isn’t shocked by that. He knows our faith can be loud in the moment and fragile under pressure.

Keep it a 💯 , real believers can still be weak. The disciples were chosen. They walked with Jesus. They saw miracles. And they still ran. That's the pride-killer right there tho. It reminds us we’re not as strong as we think. Left to ourselves, we panic. We protect ourselves. We look out for number one. That’s what sin does, it makes courage crumble when heat rises.

But hold up.... be encouraged because even though Jesus knew they would scatter, He still went to the cross for them. Their weakness didn’t cancel His mission. Their failure didn’t surprise Him. Their fear didn’t stop His love. That means your bad night, your weak moment, your struggle under pressure, that doesn’t overthrow God’s grip on you. If your faith is real, even if it’s small, your security isn’t in how tight you hold Jesus. It’s in how tight He holds you.

Come 🫴🏾get this freedom!!! Because some of us feel like if we mess up one more time, God is done with us. But look at the disciples. They ran. And after the resurrection? Jesus restored them. Strengthened them. Used them. The story didn’t end in their failure. You feel me?

So when Jesus says, “Do you now believe?” let that question hit your heart and sink into the very depth of your soul. Is your faith just words? Or is it rooted deep enough to survive pressure? So, don't run away when you see your weakness, run to Him. Check ✅  it out,  "weak faith in a strong Savior is still safe". You might stumble. But if you belong to Him, He won’t let you fall away. And that’s real hope.

Holla atcha boi!!!!!!

You know what time ⏰ it is!!!

Devotional Reading - December 16, 2025

12/16/25 Good morning, Friends,  Acts 4:12 - [12] And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. BOLDNESS! In the chapter before this, Peter heals a man who had been disabled his whole life. The crowd is amazed. Everyone’s staring at Peter and John like they’re the heroes. But Peter shuts all that down immediately. He tells them straight up: “This wasn’t us. This was God working through Jesus Christ.” Peter refuses the spotlight and points all the credit where it belongs. That’s the same bold truth behind this verse, Jesus Christ alone saves. No exceptions. No substitutes. No backup plans. Peter is standing in front of religious leaders who believed they were right with God because of rules, traditions, and family history. And Peter doesn’t sugarcoat it. He tells them clearly: none of that saves you. Not religion. Not good behavior. Not being sincere. Not choosing another spiritual lane. Only J...

8/21/25 Good morning, Friends,  1 Thessalonians 4:11 -11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet 🤫 life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, Everybody these days wants to shine. Social media has people chasing likes, clout, and attention, trying to be seen instead of just being faithful. But the Word of God cuts through all that noise: “Lead a quiet life. Mind your business. Work with your hands.” That’s not flashy. That won’t go viral. But that’s the grind God respects. See, real strength isn’t in being loud, it’s in being steady. Paul’s saying, stop being thirsty for the spotlight, stop running your mouth in other people’s affairs, and stop leaning on folks when you could be putting in your own work. Truth is, mooching off others while you got the ability to grind is lazy, and laziness is sin. God gave you gifts, skills, and breath in your lungs so use them. Don’t be that person always asking but never giving, always watching b...

9/10/25 Good morning, Friends, Psalm 69:1 LSB [1] Save me, O God, For the waters have threatened my life. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Like problems kept piling up 📈, bills, stress, health, relationships, and no matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t keep your head above water? That’s exactly how David felt when he wrote ✍🏾 this verse. He wasn’t talking about actual water 🌊, he was describing the feeling of being overwhelmed and sinking fast. Instead of trying to fight 🥊 through it on his own, David cried out to God: “Save me, O God.” That’s the turning point. When we reach the end of ourselves, God is still strong enough to lift us up. Let's keep it 💯 with God. You don’t have to fake it with Him. If you’re struggling, tell Him straight up. He can handle your honest prayers. Depend on Him!! You don’t have to do life alone or in your own strength. God is able to rescue, comfort, and steady you when you feel like you’re going under. If you fee...
